How to Use

Massage a small amount onto clean, dry skin over areas that feel tense or fatigued, such as shoulders, neck, back, hips, legs, or feet. Allow the cream to melt into the skin and absorb fully.

Use as needed, up to 2 to 3 times daily. Many prefer application after physical activity or before rest as part of a calming routine.

A mild warming or tingling sensation may occur during use and typically fades within a few minutes.
